All She Can Bring is Portable and Smokable

I made a little book as an assignment for a class. It represents my identity.

I thought I would share it with all of you, so I took some pictures. It's not very long. I hope you appreciate looking at it as much as I have loved creating it.

When writing the words and thinking of how to present it, I thought purely in metaphor as it was a requirement for the assignment. I am sure you can figure out what the symbols mean, but here are some things to point you in the right direction:

- Who is talking and what do we know about them? Why is that important?
- What is the stitching about?
- What do the "smokables" symbolise?

  4. Heyyy, this thing is pretty sweet! Thanks for sharing. :)
Since you asked... not sure what the stitching is about, but the smoke suggests a lot of things. Ephemeriality. Many possible scents flavours substances devices. Portability. Veiling but still letting light through.
I could go on, but I'm going to leave it at that. *hug* this is cool.

  6. This completely blew me away. I wish I was better with interpretation of metaphor, but I still loved reading through this. Just the interesting placement of the words alone was enough to keep me reading. Just awesome.
